Artwork and ordering

Supply print-ready artwork or request design assistance with your custom quote. Design assistance includes one digital proof and one revision; additional work is quoted separately. Digital proof approval is required before production.

Production and delivery

Standard production is approximately two weeks after proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional. Custom, unusually large, or complex projects require an individually confirmed timeline. Requested completion dates are not guaranteed until Bella21 confirms them. Rush production is subject to availability and will be included in your custom quote if requested. Faster shipping does not accelerate production.

U.S. shipping only. International shipping is not available. Free local pickup in Raeford is by arrangement after ready notification. Local delivery and installation are quoted separately. Your quote will detail applicable tax, shipping, and any requested artwork services.

Custom products are nonreturnable after proof approval except for Bella21 production defects. Screen colors may differ from printed colors.
